Machine Shop Facility

Instruments

Machine Shop Facility is equipped with measuring instruments and gauges, such as a micrometre, a vernier calliper, a vernier height gauge, a level gauge, and others, to ensure the necessary quality and accuracy.

Heavy Machinery

To get the required quality, two heavy-duty lathe machines, two radial drilling machines, and tube-sheet hole reaming and groove tools of the Power Master brand are provided. To guarantee precise dimensions and alignment, a level platform is provided.

Heat Tube Bundles

The Power Master Make Tube Expansion system uses a torque controller to make sure the tubes expand into the tube sheet correctly. Heat exchangers are hydrostatically tested with a hydro test pump and calibrated pressure gauges.

Working Infra

Our 10,000-square-foot workshop is enclosed and has sturdy industrial flooring. The workshop has a height of thirty feet.

Overhead Crane Facility

We have a crane with a capacity of two tons. It offers robust lifting power for heavy-duty tasks.

Manufacturing Facility

Welding machines at our fabrication shop are capable of doing ARC, TIG, and MIG welding. The details of the welding machine are as follows:

Our design team is made up of skilled Drafts people and design engineers who use the newest technologies and design software. Our designs conform to ASME Code, TEMA Standards, HVAC and Good Engineering Practice With the newest design software and technologies, Our design team is made up of seasoned design engineers and draftsmen. According to our designs, Good Engineering Practices, ASME Code, and TEMA Standards In accordance with client needs, we are able to design provider of Auto Cad 2D and 3D Drawings, Mechanical Design, and Thermal Design.
